4+ year old release, our first Mixed Grain Whisky!

Made from 67% Island grown & malted barley and 33% Hard Red Wheat from Field 5 Farms.

Fermented with a French Saison yeast strain, and double pot distilled before aging over 4 years in a French Oak barrel previously holding our Kiwi Saison Ale.

The locally grown White Wheat creates a smooth, gentle palate with soft notes of cotton candy, honey and vanilla ice cream. Though slightly less spicy then our previous 100% malt releases, this Whisky maintains the deep toasted oak, vanilla and toffee characteristic of our unique barreling process.

Available in a very limited supply of only 120 bottles 750ML bottles at 42% abv

*A slight chill haze may be present due to the high ester content and unfiltered nature of this whisky aged ‘on lees’.

Field Five Farm in the Saanich Peninsula grew us some Bloody Butcher grain corn back in 2021 that we grew, malted, brewed, distilled & aged all within 30km!

This “Bourbon-style” Canadian Whisky is a rich, warm hug of caramel and vanilla flavours up front and finishes with a spicy tingle of cinnamon and spice.

Made from 55% corn, aged in fresh charred American Oak, and bottled unfiltered at 90 proof (45%)

3 Sheets to the Moon is our very limited cask strength Whisky. Bottled completely unfiltered, straight from the barrel at 56% abv. We recommend this whisky for the true aficionado.

With a cask strength Whisky, you have control over dilution levels and you're able to tailor your drinking experience to your personal tastes.

This unfiltered whisky has the most depth of flavour and complexity, and will express a wide range of aromas and flavour profiles when diluted to different volumes at different temperatures.

We suggest using mineral or distilled water for dilutions and making ice cubes.
